The city has fallen under the throes of revolution, led by a man exiled years upon years ago. The people have grown tired of living their lives in fear of their local tyrant, an insane man beyond redemption. Many were more than terrified to ever think of doing such a thing, but all it takes is one stray ember to light the fuse.
